How you can plan to correct and avoid the most cited violations.

This presentation is an in-depth program to help carriers and their drivers adhere to the new Compliance, Safety and Accountability (CSA) measures now in effect and enforced by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and New Hampshire State Police, Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Unit.

This seminar covers driver information required by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and other topics listed below.

This seminar format will change as CSA becomes more developed. This program will address the ten most cited violations uncovered in truck checks and roadside inspections and the corrective actions a company must take to avoid serious penalties.

The three-hour session will give carriers the information they need to inform their drivers about their role in compliance with this federal program.

The instructor will provide critical information to those carriers involved in interstate commerce. The program is appropriate for those who have already received warnings based on their company's driving and maintenance records. It assists those who have not received letters in avoiding warnings in the future.
