AMENDED REGIONAL EMERGENCY DECLARATION UNDER 49 CFR § 390.23 No. 2019-001

CONNECTICUT, ILLINOIS, INDIANA, IOWA, KANSAS, KENTUCKY, MAINE, MASSACHUSETTS, MICHIGAN, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI, MISSISSIPPI, NEBRASKA, NEW HAMPSIRE, NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK, OHIO, PENNSYLVANIA, RHODE ISLAND, SOUTH DAKOTA, TENNESSEE, VERMONT AND WISCONSIN This Amended Regional Emergency was updated to include South Dakota. The expiration date remains the same, February 17, 2019. By execution of this amendment to the Emergency Declaration, motor carriers and drivers providing direct assistance supporting emergency relief efforts transporting heating fuel, including propane, natural gas and heating oil, and other fuel products, including gasoline, into the Affected States are granted emergency relief from Parts 390 through 399 of Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations except as restricted herein. Amended Regional Emergency Waiver Declaration extended to February 17

 Attached is the Regional Emergency Declaration from Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. The waiver includes heating oil, propane, and gasoline to the affected area (Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island Tennessee, Vermont and Wisconsin) and is in effect for the duration of the emergency or February 17, 2019, whichever is less. This waiver is intended for interstate commerce. Please refer to attached waiver for details. Please keep a copy of this waiver in the cab of your truck.

NHMTA New Hampshire Declaration of Emergency Notice for Hours of Service

Dear Member,

Pursuant to 49 CFR Section 390.23 and New Hampshire RSA 266:72-a, the New Hampshire Department of Safety declares that an emergency exists pertaining to the delivery of propane, natural gas, fuel oil, gasoline and foodstuffs and the repair of utility outages within the State of New Hampshire. Under certain guidelines, there is an exemption for Hours of Service.

This Emergency Declaration will remain in effect through January 19, 2018 at midnight.

The Declaration is attached. Please keep a copy of this Declaration in the cab of your vehicle.
