Legislative Report Update July 2009

Over 831 bills were introduced for the consideration of the 2009 session of the New Hampshire Legislature.  Listed below are the titles of 94 bills we have selected of interest to members of the New Hampshire Motor Transport Association.  Their titles are listed below in sections pertaining to Transportation, Tolls, Taxation, Regulation, Insurance, Energy and Labor.

In some cases we testified on these bills when they are heard by committees in the Senate and House. In all cases we tracked the course of the bills when they were heard and any amendments added to the bills.
