Drug & Alcohol Program NHMTA ALCOHOL/DRUG CONSORTIUM Are you in compliance with the alcohol and drug testing regulations? The NHMTA consortium is the largest and most experienced controlled substances consortium based in New Hampshire. A complete network of collection sites has been established throughout the state with sites available nationwide. We have put together a program that meets all the Federal and State requirements at a low cost. Our program provides a copy of the relevant regulations, a sample company policy, and a written alcohol and drug manual. Controlled substances testing services include the mandated 5-panel drug screen, collection costs, overnight courier service, and the required MRO services. In addition, all pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, post accident and follow-up testing can be done through the consortium. NHMTA can also provide you with the two hours of mandatory training for supervisors (there is an additional fee for this training).
