Who can join?

 Members of  New Hampshire Motor Transport Association can join this program and save up to 30%.    

How to join?

 You will need to sign a joiner agreement and complete have employees complete enrollment forms which are then sent to NHMTA.     NHMTA will process all forms and submit them to Delta Dental on your behalf.     You will receive a monthly invoice from NHMTA and all payments must be sent to the NHTMA office.  To get copies of the agreement, enrollments and supplies call the NHMTA office at 224-7337 or e-mail info@nhmta.org.
