  MEMBER SERVICES

  • Fleet & Cargo Insurance Program - NHMTA has joined with Acadia Insurance Company to offer a cargo and fleet insurance program which includes competitive rates, dividends, one hour claim service and more. Qualified members may also join the N.H. Motor Transportation Safety Group and potentially earn back dividends.

  • Legislative Support - You are well represented in the New Hampshire Legislature.  Robert J. Sculley and Russell MacCleery are registered lobbyists for the NHMTA. The success rate of the Association’s lobbying efforts has established the NHMTA as one of the most effective Trade Associations on record.

  • Forms & Supplies - All the forms and supplies required by State and Federal Governments for the transportation industry are available through the NHMTA office. We buy our materials in bulk so we can offer you the lowest prices in the state.

  • Newsletter - A monthly newsletter containing industry updates, regulation changes and information that is pertinent to your business.

  • Videos - We have a library of several videos for sale or for rent. Call today for our list of titles and availability.

  • Printing Discount - Printers Square in Manchester (the Association’s printing  supplier) offers a wide range of quick print to commercial print services, and is available to members at a 15% savings.

    Other Member Services Available for additional fees   

  • NHMTA Employee Benefit Trust - Through the Association, members that qualify may join our self funded healthcare program. This is an excellent benefit program with very competitive rates.
     

  • Workers’ Compensation - The Association has established a self-funded workers’ compensation program. This is an opportunity for our members to “control” their workers’ compensation costs. If you are on the residual market, and are being assessed the 10% surcharge, you can enter our program at the voluntary rates, if you qualify.
     

  • Educational Services - Throughout the year seminars on Safety, Forklift, Air Brake, HAZMAT, Drug & Alcohol Testing, and more are scheduled so that you may learn first hand from the experts in these areas.
     

  • Drug & Alcohol Random Testing Program - The NHMTA has a comprehensive drug & alcohol random testing program that meets all the Federal and State requirements.
     

  • Household Goods Tariff - Household Goods movers that belong to the Association may participate in the tariff that the NHMTA has filed with the Bureau of Common Carriers.
     

  • Dental Plan - We have a fully insured product with Northeast Delta Dental called the “Preventor”. Members receive a substantial discount on premiums as opposed to going to Delta Dental directly. No minimum employee participation required.
