  New Hampshire Motor Transport Association and American Fidelity Assurance Company have partnered to offer the following Voluntary Employee Benefits and Services.

 Voluntary Disability Income Insurance

  For most people, even a temporary disability can cause financial hardship.  Even if an employee has substantial savings, he or she may be concerned about losing income for a year , or more,  perhaps even permanently.  Our Disability Income Insurance helps protect employees against these risks, conveniently and affordably, through payroll deductions.

Voluntary Supplemental Limited Benefit Medical Expense Insurance

  These days, the cost of getting sick or injured can be very high, even for those who are covered by a good health plan.  Our medical indemnity supplement plan helps cover most deductibles or coinsurance, or other out-of-pocket covered expenses while in the hospital as an inpatient or outpatient.  Benefits are paid directly to the insured.  This product is not intended to cover 100% of out-of-pocket expenses.

Voluntary Supplemental Limited Benefit Cancer Expense Insurance

  While most people have health insurance to help reduce the medical costs of treating cancer, few have protection against the non-medical financial costs.  These may include loss of income; child-care expenses; cost associated with out-of-town treatments; and special diets, clothes, and/or prostheses.  American Fidelity Assurance (AFA) Cancer Insurance provides benefits for expenses due to cancer treatment.  Benefits are paid directly to the insured to be used as the insured sees fit.

Voluntary Accident Only Insurance

 Although major medical pays many expenses, it is not intended to cover many out-of-pocket expenses, like deductibles and coinsurance, daily living expenses, loss of wages, travel expenses, dependent care costs, etc.  Voluntary Accident Only Insurance provides benefits due to accidental injuries which are paid directly to the insured, regardless of any other insurance plans, to be used as the insured sees fit.

Voluntary Life Insurance

  When a family wage earner dies prematurely, the dependents no longer have that person’s income.  Life Insurance can be used to provide the funds necessary to continue to maintain a comfortable retirement or can be used for emergency funds.
