In 2004 the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) was amended as to how an employee should be considered either as exempt or non-exempt from overtime, establishing criteria that contained a two-step process. Volvo Safety Recall – Important

FMCSA has published an important safety bulletin regarding a critical safety defect identified by Volvo Trucks that could severely affect the safe operation of certain vehicles due to a faulty two-piece steering shaft.  Volvo has issued a safety recall alert to address this issue.
